Tryout Player Questionaire

Our groups are starting offseason workouts so fill out this form and a coach will reach out to you to set up a date to attending a practice to workout and tryout with the group. To speed up check-in, please be sure to complete the waiver in advance.

This is a Chattanooga based select organization, and practice locally in Chattanooga. 12u Premier group will travel locally, with 1-2 out of town tournaments, 11u will be a local group, and our 9/10u group will play locally.

We have our own practice field, indoor facility and covered cages.

Player fee's vary by age group and scholarships are available at each level varying from $400-$1200, but are setup on payment plans, and do not require full payment upfront. A player deposit will hold your roster spot upon receiving an offer from our organization of $150.

We offer year round training and player development, a full offseason Speed, online training Portal for virutaul learning and lesson work, agility and mobility program, uniforms (both practice and game) along with team hoodies and hats.

Elite Level Athletics SE is a high energy, high focus group. We create a game like environment, putting athletes in real game scenarios. Our player development plan is a tough, competitive environment. We will challenge your athlete to be the best version of them self, to dig deep, and find their competitive edge. We hold a high standard for our athletes, and want players who are devoted to development, accept critique and are okay being challenged. Once this form is complete, you will be added to the email list about tryout details. Please make sure your player is properly equiped with safety gear for a full baseball workout. Helmet, athletic cup, and baseball pants required for tryouts. Gear is not provided, so athletes will need their glove, bat and other gear needed to for a standard practice. If your athlete pitches, be prepared for them to throw a very light 10-20 pitch bullpen to showcase their abilities to pitch and our staff to asses their mechanics.
